About Jack Solano, Esq

I have been practicing criminal law since graduating and attaining my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001.

In 2001 I became a prosecutor, Assistant State Attorney, in St. Lucie County Florida. As a prosecutor I handled all types of cases ranging from misdemeanors to grave felonies. As a prosecutor I realized that anybody who is facing criminal charges in our legal system needs to be represented by a smart, caring, and aggressive attorney. During my time as a prosecutor I saw way too many people take pleas to a crime the state could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Many of these people entered a plea of no contest or guilty because they did not have proper advice from their attorney.

As a result of my experience at the State Attorney’s office I decided to become a defense attorney and defend the rights of those that are arrested and accused of violating the laws of this country and or state. Throughout my career I have handled thousands of cases and have had many trials.

I love my profession and accept the responsibility that comes with every client I represent. When I represent you in your criminal matter, I understand that the outcome of your case does not only affect you, it affects your family and loved ones, and in many cases it can also affect your ability to stay in the United States.
If you need to talk to me please contact my office or send me an email and I will be happy to sit down with you and discuss your case.
